Egg mass

Our liquid pasteurized egg mass is achieved in the process of punching, filtration and pasteurization of fresh chicken eggs. The resulting mass is put into aseptic cartons, “bag in box”. Thus prepared mass and the separated protein and egg yolks are used in the baking industry, confectionery industry and pastry industry. They find their application also in cakes, bread, cakes, biscuits; in addition, in manufacturing ice cream, sauces, creams and soups, instant noodles and prepared meat.
